Launch of PlayStation 3 Data should not Miss

Following the success of the Corporation Sony PlayStation 1 and 2, they are determined to maintain its dominance in the market of game consoles. Thus, on May 16, 2005 at the E3 Conference leading electronic company, Japan, under its subsidiary team entertainment, formally presented to the public the newest member of the series of PlayStation 3, PlayStation 3 (PS3). It is expected that they compete with their two rival consoles, the Nintendo Wii and the Xbox 360 console.

PlayStation 3 is scheduled to be released in the following release dates:

• The first launch is scheduled on November 11, 2006 in Japan.

• Six days after the debut of Japan, the date of release of the PS3 in Canada and United States would be on November 17 of that year.

• On the other hand, the date of launch of PS3 in Europe and Australasia is expected in March 2007, with the final date pending the decision of Sony Corporation.

The launch of these dates, Sony has plans to launch two different configurations for the PlayStation 3. The first of these is known as the "premium version", where the game console will come with an internal hard drive 60 GB with several readers of cards of memory flash and Wi-Fi, or wireless internet connectivity. The other is known as the "alternate configuration" in which the game console will come in the lower internal hard drive (20 GB to be exact) and without Wi-Fi connectivity and characteristics of the memory card reader, even if the hard drive of alternate configuration can be updated and support for memory cards, you can add through the use of adapters.
